Franklin Street Equity Partners firmly believes that the management of a company is best left in the hands of those who know it best…those who have built the company to its current status. 
As such, FSEP prefers not to participate in the day-to-day operations of its portfolio companies. Rather, the principals of FSEP maintain a high level of commitment by serving as members of the board of directors, overseeing the management team and actively participating in capital structure and strategic decisions. And, when needed, FSEP will identify a strong management team to operate a company upon completion of the acquisition.

Franklin Street Equity Partners offers unique opportunities to the management team of its portfolio companies. In order to create long-term value, FSEP provides meaningful incentives to each team for continually meeting…and exceeding…corporate goals. FSEP also encourages management to invest their own capital as a member of the equity group. To assure that future needs are met, FSEP will invest additional capital as needed for internal growth and add-on acquisitions.
